Vince has been buying and selling real estate for nearly 30 years. Personally, he has personally owned and sold close to fifty single residential units, cottages, condos and co-ops, so he speaks from experience, both the buyer’s and seller’s perspective. He focuses on specialty projects working one on one with investors, buyers and sellers. Recently, he moved from Muskoka to Cape Breton, Nova Scotia and has joined CAPE BRETON REALTY, St. Peters, Nova Scotia.
